Q: I had a working account before but I could not log in any more. Why?

A: We inactivate inappropriate accounts without warning. If you could not log in your account any more, it is most likely due to one of the following issues:

1. You did not enter your email or password correctly.
2. You used inappropriate photo such as nude, flowers, trees etc. as your profile photo.
3. You sent inappropriate messages to members.
4. Your profile photo link was broken.
5. You did not visit your account for more than 6 months.
6. The country you entered did not match the IP address you were from.
7. And many others

Q: I do not want to receive notification emails, what can I do?

A: Log into your account, click Settings - Notifications and change the settings there.

Q: I received a notification email telling me I had a message, but I could not find the message in my inbox, why?

A: You probably received a spam message which has been removed by our anti-spam system.
